Ingredients:
1 white or yellow Jiffy cake mix
2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding
2 cups of milk
1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened
1 - 14 oz can of crushed pineapple, drained

8 oz Cool Whip
Bake the cake in a 9 x 13 pan according directions on box and cool. Combine the milk and pudding. Add the cream cheese to the pudding mix. Sprinkle on the pineapple. Then top with the cool whip. Keep in the refrigerator.
Grandma's Comments: The original recipe called for one box of pudding but she recommends two. A quick, good dessert.
This recipe come from Aunt Gertrude Jabaai. She was Grandma Van Dusseldorp's sister-in-law. Grandma was a Jabaai. They lived by Prairie City. She probably got this recipe in the 50's or 60's.
