Salted Peanut Cookies

 Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

1 cup Crisco

 2 cups of flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda (dissolve in a few drops of water)

1 cup salted peanuts

1 cup oatmeal

1 cup cornflakes

2 tsp. vanilla

2 eggs


Directions:

Cream together sugars, shortening, eggs and vanilla until very smooth. Add dissolved soda, flour and baking powder. Add cornflakes and oatmeal. Stir peanuts in with a spoon. Drop by tablespoon and bake for 12 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
