Jan's Fruit Cup

 Ingredients:

2 -12 oz cans of orange juice

2 -6 oz cans of pink lemonade

1 cup sugar

16 oz of 7-up

1 -20 oz can of crushed pineapple

4 cups of diced bananas

1 lg. can fruit cocktail


Mix together and scoop into small serving cups. Freeze until needed. Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving.
